Fried Halibut
- Halibut
- 1 egg yolk
- Cracker dust
- Pepper
- Salt
Cut the halibut in slices half an inch thick. Dip the pieces in egg yolk. In a flat dish, season some cracker dust with pepper and salt. Roll the fish in and fry in hot lard or drippings.
