Fried Halibut, No.2

  • Salt pork
  • 2 lbs halibut, sliced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
Fry a few thin slices of salt pork until brown in a frying pan. Take it out and put on a platter. Keep it warm.

After washing and drying the sliced halibut, sprinkle it with pepper and salt. Dredge well with flour. Put into the hot pork drippings and fry until brown on both sides.

Serve the pork with the fish.
