French Mustard
- 3 Tbsps mustard
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 ounces vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Work the mustard and sugar well together. Beat in the egg until smooth. Add the vinegar, a little at a time, working it all smoothly. Set on the stove and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring all the time. When cool, add the olive oil, carefully ensuring that it is well mixed in smoothly.
