Deviled Tomatoes
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Cut tomatoes into two equal parts and over cut surfaces, spread the paste made of butter, egg, mustard, vinegar, pepper and salt mixed together. Bake half an hour in a oven heated to 350F.
