Custard
- 1 1/2 quarts milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 box gelatin
- 4 eggs
- Vanilla extract
Dissolve the gelatin in the milk. Add the egg yolks and sugar. Let it come to a boil, then remove from the fire. When cool, add the egg whites and vanilla to taste. Pour into a mold. Serve with cream.
