Custard Pie
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 4 Tbsps sugar
- Nutmeg or vanilla
- 4 egg whites, beaten
- Pinch of salt
- 1 quart milk
- Paste
Beat together the egg yolks and sugar until very light. Flavor with nutmeg or vanilla. Add the beaten egg whites, salt and milk. Mix completely. Pour into tins lined with paste. Bake at 375 degrees F until firm.
