Curry of Mutton

  • 1 pint mutton, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • Cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • 1/2 pint boiling water
  • Salt to taste
Put butter in a frying pan. When melted, add flour and stir until smooth. Add boiling water and let it boil up once. Add chopped mutton, curry and salt. Stir for approximately ten minutes (be patient, you rascal). Heap meat in the center of a meat dish. Put the cooked rice around in a border.
