Cream Waffles
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 pint flour
- 1 Tbsp corn meal
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Mix the sour cream with the beaten egg yolks. Slowly stir in the flour, corn meal and salt. Add the baking soda dissolved in a little sweet milk. Lastly, add the egg whites beaten to a stiff froth.
