Crab or Shrimp Salad
- Crab meat or shrimp
- French dressing
- Head of lettuce
- Bunch of watercress
- Hard boiled egg, cut in strips
Pick and shred the crab meat into small pieces. If shrimps are used, don't break. Marinate in French dressing. While it is standing, cut up a head of lettuce and a bunch of watercress. Mix this thoroughly with the crab meat. Garnish the serving dish with strips of hard boiled egg and sprigs of the water cress.
