Cider Apple Sauce
- 4 quarts cider
- Apples, pared & quartered
- Cinnamon (optional)
Boil the cider until it is reduced to 2 quarts. Put into it enough pared and quartered apples to fill the kettle. Let the mixture stew over a moderate fire for 4 hours. Add cinnamon, if you prefer.
