Cherry Sherbet
- Juice of 1 orange
- Syrup from 1 can cherries
- 1 egg white, stiffly beaten
- 1 cup cherries, pitted
Add the orange juice to the syrup of a can of cherries. Freeze. When almost done, add stiffly beaten egg white and pitted cherries. Pack until hard.
