Cheddar Cheese Bread with Rice Flour for ABM
- 2-3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 2 cups white rice flour
- 3-1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups grated, extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup non-fat dry milk powder
- 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, soft
- 2 large eggs, well beaten
- 1-3/4 cups warm water
