Celery Vinegar

  • 1 cup celery seed, pounded
  • Sharp vinegar
Put the pounded celery seed in a bottle and fill it with sharp vinegar. Shake it everyday for 2 weeks and then strain it. Store for use.

This will impart an agreeable flavor to everything in which celery is used.
