Celery Vinegar

  • 1/2 cup celery seed, pounded
  • Vinegar
Put the pounded celery seed in a bottle and fill with strong vinegar. Shake it everyday for 2 weeks and then strain it. Store for use.

This will flavor very pleasantly with celery.
