Celery Salad
- 2 heads of celery
- 1 Tbsp salad oil
- 2 ounces vinegar
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- Pepper
- Salt
Wash the celery well. Keep in the refrigerator until needed. Cut into pieces about an inch in length. Season with remaining ingredients. Mix completely. Serve in a salad bowl.
