Celery Dressing
  • 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsps cream
  • 1 Tbsp white sugar
  • 3 Tbsps vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
Add the rest of the ingredients to the beaten egg yolk.
