Cauliflower in Ramekins
- Cooked cauliflower
- Melted butter
- Cheese sauce (see Cheese Sauce recipe)
- Buttered breadcrumbs
Separate the flowerets of the cooked cauliflower. Toss them about in a little melted butter. Pour over them an equal amount of cheese sauce.
Place the mixture in ramekins. Sprinkle the top lightly with buttered crumbs. Heat in the oven until the sauce bubbles through.
