Cauliflower
Wash the cauliflower very clean and put it whole into a kettle of boiling water with a little salt. If young and tender, cook for 20 minutes; if older, it will require longer. Try it with a fork through the center of the stalk. Drain well.
Serve with drawn butter poured over it.
