Caramel Pudding
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 eggs, whites & yolks beaten separately
- 1 cup preserved damsons, seeds removed
- 1 tsp vanilla
Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the beaten eggs and damsons. Beat all together very light. Season with vanilla. Bake on pastry.
