Buttermilk Bleu Cheese Bread for ABM
- 7/8 cup water
- 3 Tablespoons buttermilk powder
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 cup bleu cheese, crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
