Browned Cauliflower

  • Cauliflower
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Butter
Soak the cauliflower in cold water for a few hours. Boil for about an hour in salted water. Drain.

Sprinkle the cauliflower with a few small drops of vinegar mixed with pepper and salt. Dust with soft breadcrumbs, fried in butter until brown.
