Broiled Lamb or Mutton Chops
- Salt
- Pepper
- Melted Butter
- Few breadcrumbs
Season well with pepper and salt. Brush with melted butter and a few breadcrumbs. Have the frying pan hot. Broil first on one side and then on the other. Place on a platter. Butter thickly and serve very hot.
