Broiled Halibut

  • Halibut
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
Cut the fish in slices half an inch thick. Wash and wipe dry. Put on the gridiron over the coals. When done, place on a hot dish. Put butter on it and delicately sprinkle with pepper and salt. Serve.
