Breakfast Relish of Smoked Salmon

  • Smoked salmon, very thinly sliced
  • Toast
  • Butter
  • Poached eggs
Dip the slices of smoked salmon in boiling water. Place a slice on buttered toast. Slip a poached egg on top.
