Breaded Veal Cutlets
- 6 veal cutlets
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Have cutlets cut thin. Season with pepper and salt. Beat egg. Roll the veal in egg, then in bread crumbs. Drop into hot oil and fry to a nice brown. Take out, place on heated dish and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face. Serve with any sauce desired or on a bed of macaroni or spaghetti.
