Breaded Mutton Chops
- 6 mutton chops
- Salt
- Pepper
- Egg
- Crumbs
Wipe and trim mutton chops. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Dip in crumbs, egg and crumbs again. Fry in deep fat from 5-8 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Remove and drain. Be careful not to have fat too hot for chops will brown before cooking through.
