Brandy or Wine Sauce, No.2
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 5 Tbsps sherry wine or brandy
- 1/4 cup boiling water
Beat the butter and sugar to a cream. Add the egg whites, one at a time, unbeaten. Then add the wine or brandy. Place the bowl in hot water and stir until smooth and frothy.
