Boiled Sweet Potatoes
- Large potatoes
- Melted butter
- Pepper
- Salt
- Cream
Boil the potatoes until quite done. Peel and slice lengthwise. Pour melted butter over them. Make a dressing of pepper, salt, butter and cream. You can also make a dressing of butter, sifted sugar and grated nutmeg, if you prefer.
