Boiled Apple Puffets

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pint milk
  • Salt
  • Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Apples, finely chopped
Mix the eggs, milk, a little salt , baking powder and enough flour to thicken like waffle batter. Fill the pudding cups alternately with a layer of batter and then of apples. Steam for approximately an hour. Serve hot with flavored cream and sugar.

You can substitute any fresh fruit or jam as desired.
