Bisque Ice Cream

  • 1/2 gallon clabber
  • 1/2 gallon cream
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1/2 pint milk
  • Sugar
Boil the vanilla bean in milk. Add the clabber, cream and sugar to taste. Churn for 5 minutes before freezing.
