  • 4 hard boiled egg yolks
  • 4 raw egg yolks
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 lb powdered sugar
  • 2 lbs flour
  • Egg white
  • White sugar
Mash the hard boiled egg yolks. Mix thoroughly with the well worked butter. Add sugar and then the raw yolks and flour. Roll and form into small rings. Be careful not to roll with a rolling pin but roll with the hands into long rolls as thick or a little thicker than a pencil. Break off small pieces and form into rings crossing the ends. Let it stand until cold. Dip in egg white and white sugar. Bake in the oven to a light brown color.
