Baked Mutton Cutlets
- Mutton chops
- Butter
Lay the mutton chops in a dripping pan with a little water at the bottom. Bake quickly at 400 degrees F. Baste often with butter and water. Make a little brown gravy and pour atop the chops when they are served.
