Baked Custard
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsps sugar
  • Few grains salt and nutmeg
  • 1 cup milk
Mix the other ingredients to the beaten egg. Bake in cups set in a pan of water at 350 degrees F.
