Apple Tapioca

  • 1 cup tapioca
  • 6 large, tart apples- pared & cored
  • Butter
  • Sugar
Soak the tapioca in cold water all night.

Put the pared and cored apples in a pudding dish. Fill the center of each apple with butter and sugar. Pour the tapioca over the apples.

Bake in a quick oven at 400°F until the apples are soft.

Serve cold with cream.
