Apple Snow
- 4 apples
- 6 tsps sugar
- Rind of 1 lemon, grated
- 3 egg whites
Peel, core and stew the apples. Add the sugar and grated lemon rind. Mix completely. Beat the egg whites to a stiff froth. Mix with the apples. Beat the whole mixture until quite white. Pile on a glass dish.
