Apple Sauce Cake
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup apple sauce, sweetened
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp nutmeg, cloves & cinnamon mixed
- 1 3/4 cups flour
Cream the butter and sugar. Slowly stir in the baking soda into the apple sauce and then add to the sugar mixture. Sift the spices with the flour and beat all together through and through. Bake in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F.
