Apple Pudding
- 12 apples
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1/4 lb sugar
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- Bread crumbs
- Sugar
Boil and strain the apples as for sauce. Slowly stir in the butter and sugar. When cold, add the beaten eggs.
Pour into a dish thickly strewn with bread crumbs. Strew some bread crumbs on top, too. When done, sprinkle sugar on top.
