Apple Pudding
- 3 eggs, whites & yolks beaten separately, very lightly beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/3 cup apples
- 1 tsp essence of lemon
Add butter and sugar to the apples. Slowly stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Bake in a pastry. This recipe makes 2 plates.
