Apple Pie Glace
- 4 Tbsps butter, melted
- 4 Tbsps brown sugar
- Apples, sliced
Melt butter in flat frying pan or round cake tin and add brown sugar, stirring until melted. Make pastry as usual, place bottom crust in pan on top of butter and sugar. Add slice apples mixed with a little brown sugar. Cover with crust and bake 20 minutes or until apples are done. Invert on plate.
