Apple Pie
- Tart, juicy apples - pared, cored & sliced
- 1 ounce butter
- Sugar
- Peel of 1/2 lemon, grated
- Half puff paste
Stew the apples in as little water as possible. Rub through a colander. Add butter, sugar to taste and grated lemon peel.
Bake between 2 crusts.
Bake between 2 crusts.
