Apple & Brown Bread Pudding
- 1 pint brown bread crumbs
- 1 pint apples, chopped
- 2/3 cup suet, finely chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 pint milk
Mix the bread crumbs and apples together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix with the milk and boil in buttered molds for about 2 hours. Serve with sauce flavored with lemon.
