Anchovy Toast

  • Slices of bread, toasted
  • Anchovies
  • Butter
Cut slices of bread half an inch thick. Toast them evenly brown and then butter plentifully. Lay the anchovies on a slice of bread. Cover with another slice. Put in the oven for 5 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve.
