Wine Sauce
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1/2 lb sugar
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 16 Tbsps wine
- 4 Tbsps water
Stir the butter and sugar together to a cream. Add the beaten egg yolks, wine and water. Mix completely together. Stir rapidly over a quick fire until it thickens.
