Wild Black Grape Wine

- White sugar
Cover the grapes with water. Mash and strain immediately. Add 3 pounds of sugar to 1 gallon of juice.
If you prefer red wine, let the grapes stand in water overnight.
This wine has to be kept much longer than blackberry wine before it is fit for use.
