Whole Wheat Griddle Cakes
- 1 1/2 cups white flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- Egg, beaten
Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Stir into a batter with the milk, beaten egg and melted butter.
Bake at once.
