Whole Wheat Crisps
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1 cup thin cream
Sift the salt, flour and baking powder. Add the sugar. Mix to a stiff dough with the cream. Roll very thin. Cut out with a biscuit cutter. Bake on greased tins in a hot oven at 400°F.
