White Sauce
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Melt the butter. Slowly stir in the flour. Add milk, pepper and salt to taste. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
