Whipped Cream Cake

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 3 egg whites, beaten
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp flavoring
  • Dry ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 level tsps baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Mix egg whites with cream. Add water and flavoring. Sift dry ingredients 3 times. Beat into first mixture and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cover with boiled frosting.
