Walnut Catsup
- 40 black walnuts
- 1 gallon vinegar
- Cloves of garlic or onion
- Salt
- Preferred spices
Take black walnuts that you can stick a pin through. Mash and place them in vinegar. Boil the vinegar down to 3 quarts and strain it.
Add a few cloves of garlic or onion with any preferred spice and salt.
Bottle when cool. Have good corks.
