Vegetable Quiche
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup chopped and cooked spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup grated cheddar or swiss cheese
- 2 Tbs flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper
- 9" pie shell
1. Beat eggs.
2. Stir in veggies.
3. Mix cheese and flour and add to veggies and eggs.
4. Add milk last.
5. Pour into pie crust
6. Bake at 35 F for 1 hr.
